RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Intake Coordinator. This individual will handle all intakes as well as the outreach efforts of the Residential Services Intake Department for both Licensed and Non-Licensed Housing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors in Human Services with three years of experience working with individuals in recovery from mental illness. Prior experience with SPA and HRA preferred. Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from the Justice Center and NYS Office of Mental Health.
CORE & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of all intakes as well as the outreach efforts of the Residential Services Intake Department for both Licensed and Non-Licensed Housing. Provide back-up for individual staff in completing intakes as needed. Supervise the intake process to ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer service.

HOURS: 35 Hours per week (Hybrid)
Salary: $52,000
