RiseWell Community Services is looking for Licensed Social Workers to join our team! We have LMSW/LCSW/LMHC positions available within our growing roster of mental health and substance use outpatient programs, including Clinical, Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) and Outpatient Addiction Services and Support (OASAS).

In-person, hybrid, remote and community-based positions available. (Multiple positions available in Queens & Long Island)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current licensure at the Master’s level (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW)
- Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals diagnosed with (in recovery-take out) mental health and/or substance use disorders (preferred)
- A valid and clean NY State driver license
- Fingerprinting, criminal record check
- Approval from the Justice Center and NYS Office of Mental Health/NYS Office of Addiction Services and Support
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of community resources
CORE & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Provide therapeutic services including individual therapy and group therapy to clients with mental health and/or substance use disorders and document within our record
- Depending on program, positions available with specialties in employment, substance use, family work, group work, and intake
- Attend staff meetings, case conferences, trainings, and management meetings when needed
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision
- Connect clients to appropriate community resources to help them attain independence
- Assist clients with the best possible care and goal-achieving support
- Adhere to agency policies and procedures
- Responsible for proficiency in all agency based IT applications
SALARY RANGE: $45,000 – $65,000 per year
