RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Program Manager to join our Outreach Services Team! This individual will oversee operations and development for our Peer Outreach with Evening Recreation, Senior and Junior Companion, Advocacy and Peer Bridger, Evening Drop-In Programs, and more. An essential part of the RiseWell staff, our Program Manager will also be responsible for tasks such as staff recruitment, supervision, and training, oversight of documentation, program evaluation, and development to ensure our programs meet the evolving needs of our community.

SALARY: $50,000 Annually
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting
- Valid and clean NY State driver license
- Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to multi-task and be a team player
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
CORE & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for the overall operations of multiple outreach programs such as P.O.W.E.R, Senior & Junior Companion, Respite Plus, Drop-In, Peer Bridger & Advocay, and Assistant Case Management
- Provides and documents supervision to program supervisors bi-weekly
- Recruit, interview, hire, supervise, train, and evaluate staff
- Ensure program coverage and provide emergency back-up as needed
- Responsible for continuing program development, evaluation of operational procedures and services in conjunction with interfacing departments
- Provide on-call emergency support to program staff
- Present our agency to the public and interfacing organizations
- Coordinate staff attendance to conferences and trainings in the community
- Ensure monthly unit targets are being met for each program in accordance with funding sources and develop plan of action if not met
- Remain current on changing developments in the field of expertise
