RiseWell Community s seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join the Mobile Opioid Support Team. This position reports to the Program Supervisor. The RN will be a part of multi-disciplinary treatment team providing mobile services in the community on mobile treatment van.
Schedule/Hours: Mon-Fri / 35 hours per week
Salary: $80,000 Annually
JOB FUNCTION:
Provide medical services with a focus on substance abuse recovery and harm reduction on a mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for individuals diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder. Provide management and administration of medications, in conjunction with the Psychiatrist, NPP, and/or PA. Ensure medical standards as per program regulations are being provided.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New York State Education Department. Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders.A valid and clean NY State driver license. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
