Brief info
Joseph Loftus has been with RiseWell Community Services since 2015. He started working on the Queens Forensic ACT team, working his way up to Team Leader, Associate Director of ACT Services and now currently is operating as the agencies Director of OMH Clinical Services. Joseph is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Certified Functional Family Therapist. Joseph oversees multiple clinical programs including five ACT teams, the Wyandanch Clinic, two PROS programs, CFTSS, HCBS and CORE Services. He brings over 15 years of experience in the mental health field working with a variety of populations including Developmental Disabilities, Substance Use, Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, At-Risk Youth, families, LGBTQIA+ and Traumatic Brain Injury. With that experience, Joseph ensures all RiseWell’s clinical programs continue to remain client focused and is assisting with expanding programs such as a CCBHC Clinic, school satellite program etc.
