Jillian Waller

illian Waller serves as Corporate Compliance Officer and Director of Compliance and Quality Management at RiseWell Community Services. In this position, she oversees the agency’s compliance efforts, including its Compliance Program, HIPAA Program, and Monitoring and Auditing Program, and ensures adherence to all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Ms. Waller has been on the RiseWell team since 2010, when she joined through the agency’s Junior/Senior Companion Program, and has held roles across several departments, including Financial Management and Care Coordination, since. In 2016, she joined the CQM Department as a Compliance Quality Management Specialist, and was promoted to Associate Director of Compliance and Quality Management in 2022. In 2026, Ms. Waller took on the role of Corporate Compliance Officer and Director of Compliance and Quality Management.

Ms. Waller leads quality management initiatives to support high standards of care across the organization and ensure alignment with agency policies and procedures. She regularly collaborates across departments to enhance systems, guide risk management efforts, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph’s College and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
