Elizabeth Galati assumed the role of Chief Strategy Officer at RiseWell Community Services in 2026. Drawing on decades of experience and expertise, she guides the agency’s long-term strategic direction, leads organizational growth initiatives, and strengthens RiseWell’s overall sustainability.
Ms. Galati continues to play a critical role in RiseWell’s program development and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and impact. Her leadership has led to growth of the agency’s Residential, Clinical, Outreach Departments, enabling the operation of multiple supportive housing developments, mobile recovery supports, integrated clinic expansion, and more.
Before become Chief Strategy Officer, Ms. Galati served as Chief Administrative Officer where she focused on widening the agency’s strategic partnerships, developing new programs, and improving department infrastructure. Prior, she served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer and earlier, as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Resource Development.
Ms. Galati holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from St. John’s University and an Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Integration from the New York University Silver School of Social Work. She has received NY Nonprofit Media’s 40 Under 40 Rising Stars Award.
