Elizabeth Galati, MA

Elizabeth Galati became Chief of Staff at RiseWell Community Services in 2026, after serving as Chief Strategy Officer. In her vital role at the organization, Ms. Galati works closely with executive leadership to advance organizational priorities, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and support the agency’s continued growth and impact. Drawing on decades of experience, she plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational effectiveness, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Ms. Galati has been instrumental in expanding RiseWell’s Residential, Clinical, and Outreach services, supporting the development of supportive housing, mobile recovery programs, and integrated clinic services. Her leadership has helped scale programs while maintaining a strong focus on quality care and community impact. Her prior roles at RiseWell include Chief Administrative Officer, where she led efforts to deepen strategic partnerships, develop new programs, and strengthen organizational infrastructure, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Strategic Partnerships and Resource Development. Ms. Galati holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from St. John’s University and an Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Integration from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. She is a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Rising Stars Award from NY Nonprofit Media.
