Colleen Jeffus joined RiseWell Community Services as a Rehabilitation Therapist for the Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) Program in 2014 providing individual support and conducting educational groups. In 2016, Ms. Jeffus was promoted to Program Supervisor of the PROS program where she assisted in the operation of the program. In 2018, Ms. Jeffus was again promoted to Program Manager of the PROS program and in March 2021, she assumed her current role, Associate Director of Clinical Services where she currently provides oversight and assists with the daily operation of RiseWell’s two PROS programs, the Wyandanch Clinic and the OASAS Program. Ms. Jeffus earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St Joseph’s College, her Master’s Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University, her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. Ms. Jeffus is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New York.
