Diane Kyrkostas, LMSW

Diane Kyrkostas serves as Chief Operating Officer of RiseWell Community Services, where she oversees agency operations and program development across Long Island and New York City. She is focused on strengthening person-centered service delivery while improving the systems and workflows that support RiseWell’s wide range of programs. Ms. Kyrkostas joined RiseWell in 2008 as a Supportive Case Manager in the Blended Case Management Program and has grown with the organization over the years, holding a number of leadership roles. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, she served as Corporate Compliance Officer and Director of Compliance and Quality Management, where she led the agency’s compliance efforts and helped ensure high standards of care across all services. Ms. Kyrkostas holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph’s College and a Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University. She is SIFI certified and a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State.
